Dicla Birthday Competition November 2023, rules and terms. 

1. Eligibility:
   • The Dicla Horticulture Birthday Competition is open to legal residents of South Africa aged 18 and above.
   • Employees of Dicla Horticulture, their immediate family members, and anyone connected with the competition are not eligible to participate.
2. Competition Period:
   • The competition will run throughout the entire month of November.
3. How to Enter:
   • To enter, participants must make a purchase of R1000 or more from Dicla Horticulture during the competition period.
   • Each eligible purchase will automatically count as one entry into the competition.
4. Prize:
   • One (1) winner will be selected through a random draw.
   • The prize is a R10,000.00 Dicla credit.
   • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the competition period ends.
   • The winner will be contacted via the contact information provided during the purchase.
6. Winner Announcement:
   • The name of the winner will be announced on Dicla Horticulture’s official social media channels and website.
7. Claiming the Prize:
   • The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize.
   • Failure to respond within the specified time will result in the selection of a new winner.
8. Publicity Release:
   • By entering the competition, participants agree to Dicla Horticulture’s use of their name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes.
9. Privacy Policy:
   • Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of the competition and in accordance with Dicla Horticulture’s privacy policy.
10. General Conditions:
    • Dicla Horticulture reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
    • Dicla Horticulture’s decisions regarding the competition, including the selection of the winner, are final and binding.
    • By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
